A GOOD RESULT...

... mentioned the other week I had entered a couple of pics for the current Hawkesbury Show 2018 - so headed over today to check things out.

Very proud to say this pic of the little blue fairywren won 1st Prize in the category of a pic with "blue"!

Considering the number of entries, and this my first real entry for a Show, it was a great sight to see the card on the pic.

We then enjoyed looking around and watching a "bird show" by a group called Feathered Friends - they were fantastic and their work is obviously working. Check some of the action here on a video.
