Kam Tin Walled City

I woke up to the news that my beloved neighbour passed away today. She fought valiantly and didn’t allow cancer to break her. And she really lived till the end. She’d been in hospital for the last 9 days and all her family have arrived from all over the world. Needless to say, Martin and I are devastated. We truly loved her.

Nadine’s been great in comforting us. Needed to get out for a bit so met up with Sharon in Kam Tin to explore the walled city there. A restored castle that houses some new buildings and a lot of the old walls, some 500 years old.

We had a wonder through the village later and found some Pakistani/Indian shops that Sharon and I bought some stuff at.

Quaint little place that we hope to go back and explore again.
