It has to be the beach, especially today. The grey, damp, depression has lifted (for a few days anyway). And I spotted the first bikini sunbather of the year. A sure sign Spring has arrived.

We are privileged to have this vast 7 mile long sandy beach, clean water, and usually mild weather. And at this time of the year, there is nowhere better. It all goes downhill at holiday time, when on a hot day the beach is super crowded and the litterbugs descend, but by then we’re happy to stay away.
