Of course the beach houses that are right on the beach are rather high end here. The flyers hanging by the back gates, such as this one, suggest rental rates of $750 per night for a modest home, up to $2,500 per NIGHT for a 5 bedroom home. I certainly hope that the folks who shell out that kind of money are having a good time!
