It was supposed to be dry today!  But the rain started just as Ian turned up to give the grass its first cut of the year.  It hasn't grown very much, and he managed to do some of it.  The steeper bits can wait.

Everything is coming into flower at once now, but looking a bit bedraggled after the weather we've had. This is a small shrub whose name I have forgotten. It was one of the few that wasn't blowing about in the wind too much to attempt a picture. 

I've given it the watercolour treatment in GoArt - it seemed appropriate, as the petals have had quite a bit of water damage.
