Moderate E/ESE/SE breeze with gusts to 36 mph.

Grocery shopping.

Went the ten miles or so South to Southend then followed the road round past Dunaverty beach and Kiel to Carskey Bay.

Oystercatchers - on the beach
Gannets - flying
Ringed Plovers - pottering about on the beach

At Carskey we walked along to the far end and back.
The sea was very active and the waves were pounding into the beach.

Telly ... F1. Exiting. Safety car significant in the result and places.

Later Apothecary7 was painting with BBC radio2 in the background.
