Another Sign of Spring

Boston Common is alive with people preparing for Monday's Marathon.  Tents have been put up, gazillions of Port-A-Pottys have been arrayed in long rows, seemingly random pots of daffodils have sprouted up (see extras), and the fabulous carousel has come back for another season of delighting youngsters who can ride on the backs of ponies, cats, dragons, roosters, zebras, and even frogs!  A welcome sight indeed.
