Autumn at its best

Cold again today, but not quite as extreme as yesterday!!  We headed off through the Kawearau Gorge to Arrowtown, then pootled over the Crown Range stopping at Cardronna Pub for a while then onto Wanaka.  
"The tree" was photographed but really not inspiring.

Since the trip was to photograph the Autumn colours I've gone for this one as my blip, but was a bit of a toss up between the two extras!!

We start our homeward journey in the morning, its been such an awesome trip with wonderful friends.

Happy but very jaded
