Hands

I've had several good visits with mum lately. She's been on good form and generally happy. Not so today unfortunately. Her Alzheimer's is probably getting a bit worse now, for a while it's been quite stable. She was of course still pleased to see me and enjoyed me painting her nails. Her hands are looking older and where once she was quite particular about her appearance, she doesn't seem to notice now.
