What a big numpty...

...five minutes in the door though and he was playing with his wee cousin...whipping him up into a frenzy right enough with his carry-on but playing with him all the same. He does dote on him.

I keep impressing on this lad that he needs to be a leader around his wee cousin...Conor watches everything thing he does and mimics it...so he needs to make sure he is mimicking good things. Sometimes in his desire to be fun or get a laugh out of the wee lad his carry-on can get a bit wild. He’s getting better though...sometimes.

We are ALL leaders though as I tell the Barmy Army, MrR and myself and not just with little people, amongst friends and colleagues too. How you act and conduct yourself can and does influence others and it is always good to be mindful of that. Hopefully it does get through...not an expert at it myself but I keep trying and practicing.

Grateful to have a few days in Newcastle with cousin Conor.
