It’s wonderful to have hunter-gatherer neighbors! Tonight they treated us to wild turkey! The breast was filleted, pounded, and rolled around jalapeño peppers and cream cheese, wrapped with bacon, and grilled. Served with biscuits, pinto beans, and cabbage. What a blessing!
