Christmas presents.

Alice didn’t really understand and Harriet didn’t care, but this is the first time I’ve managed to remember to take the girls Christmas presents to the farm whilst they’ve been there. Mary and Alex were very understanding and didn’t ask why they weren’t getting any presents today, bless them.

Mary has just used her Christmas present - a riding lesson on Tiger Lily. She said it was the best present ever! Unfortunately, I couldn’t be there, but her mum sent me a couple of videos and Mary looked very confident and was really paying attention. I gave her another one for her birthday too, so hopefully I’ll get to see the next one.
