Cycling selphie

The day dawned bright and sunny ... very unexpected .... a good morning to get my bike out and blow off 5 months of  accumulated dust.

L and I cycled to the church service in Kilconquhar (extra). I wish I could jump onto my bike the way the triathletes jump onto theirs .... some day soon I'm going to need a mounting block to get over the central bar :-(  Good to get the pedals turning again.
