The city cente on a Saturday afternoon .....

...... I hate it!  A beautiful day .... tourists, shoppers and buskers filled the street to capacity.

Under normal circumstances I wouldn't have been anywhere near the 'Style Mile' on a Saturday afternoon but we had a lovely Easter concert in the church this afternoon and I certainly wasn't going to miss that. We have a wonderful bunch of talented musicians and singers in our church .... many being students at The Royal Conservatoire.

Battling my way back to the car with my meagre bits of shopping (two books, a mobile phone case, a metre of patchwork material and a kettle(!)) left me exhausted and dying for a cup of tea.
