Near St Giles

We had a great wander around Edinburgh and enjoyed some street performers on the Royal Mile. As we passed the St Giles Cathedral, I liked the panels on this statue at the West front of the cathedral.

The statue is Walter Francis Montagu Douglas Scott, 5th Duke of Buccleuch, 7th Duke of Queensberry on the Parliament Square in Edinburgh.

The light was best on the South side which meant I could only get the back of the Duke. Sorry, Walter!
