Spring umbrellas

We were in Exeter this morning where a large colourful display of umbrellas greeted us.  I thought maybe it was a cheerful response to all the rain we had been having but it seems that they mark the beginning of spring replacing the colourful Chinese lantern display they had before.  See extra for the full view from the street.
