Lonely Angling

This is Grafham Water at the end of the day.  I had been at Wittering for flying (one solo, two teaching sorties) and I returned home by a different route.

I had hoped to get an overhead shot of the valve tower of the reservoir, but parking was difficult.  When I did find the car park, owned by Anglian Water, the ticket machine was u/s.  A notice urged me to buy a ticket at another car park; hmmm!

So I drove to that other car park and saw a few boats with anglers and decided to use them as my subjects.  The extra photo is of the nearby marina.
