Maple Leaves

A nip into town for the purposes of procuring birthday gifts for Mrs Running Backwards.

I will say no more in the unlikely event that she reads this but we were successful in our mission.

A walk down Cheltenham Road was required (no bus for us). On the way we saw this leaf in the bright morning sun. It won't be the first leaf blip today but it's ours.

The alternative was all the street art that we photographed (Son #1 and I) but that can wait for another day.

We set out to be the first there when the shop opened and in that we were successful. The welcome side effect of this was a quiet coffee and avoiding the hoards - I'm not a naturally keen shopper.

Back home to move boxes, paint stuff, shift bikes, you know the story....
