Sandwiches!

Yes, whilst some people will have been enjoying the Bank Holiday by being stuck in traffic jams or garden centres, I was researching sandwiches.  Yes, sandwiches.

As I’m home based these days I don’t have the wonderful freedom in frequenting sandwich establishments with wonderful concoctions, so I need to make my own.  But chicken, roast beef and ham sandwiches are getting boring. 


Spices, textures, the type of bread all play their part, so I’ve been thinking how I can use them differently as well.

I’m going with a salted beef, mustard, gherkin bagel tomorrow for Big D.
