Abbey Ride

A super day on the bike with friends.

I did the guiding in the Neath Valley, explaining a bit of a history of the place.  All in all we did 17 miles, and considering I can barely walk at the moment after my recent training, that ain’t bad.  LOL!

Had a great lunch in a pub as well before heading home.

This is a photo of Neath Abbey, once the biggest abbey in Wales before Henry VIII decided to burn it.
