An Easter stroll...

Ely Cathedral

After two long days out, we stayed much closer to home today. Popped into Ely this afternoon for coffee, then to the cathedral which was decorated with beautiful flowers for Easter (see extras), and where the choir were practising for Easter Evensong; a chance to sit and listen to some heavenly singing.

As for once it wasn’t raining, though it was still grey and only 7 degrees, we then set off on a 3 mile stroll along the river and around Ely, then back home to relax and eat choccie Easter Eggs. Wishing you all a happy, and hopefully sunny, Easter!
