Lovely spot to sit awhile

Despite the special piece published this morning by The Spinoff, about failed algorithms resulting in the failure of NZ clocks to reset at 0300 this morning (and therefore time continuing unaltered), officially daylight saving is over for six months. That made sunrise "earlier", but then I had woken an hour "earlier" also. I was somewhat spoiled for choice in photos from my run along Erceg's Way towards the far (northern) end of Snells Beach. Eventually, I settled on this one as it appears that she had sat here patiently waiting for the right moment to get a 180º panorama of the sunrise..

Yesterday, we had worked out the best possible use of our time on the forthcoming trip to Iceland in June. We will have a week from Tuesday 05 June before going to Iceland on the 12th, returning on 18th for just a couple of days before the two day trip back to Auckland. Hoping to make contact with some of those I know through Blipfoto, probably easiest in the first week of our stay.
