Ilfracombe

The oldest lighthouse in the UK circa built around 1340 ish.  Trashed by Henry VIII in the reformation but latterly revived and now a monument. One family once lived here circa 1820 with 14 children!

A cold day but very interesting to wander around none the less. We then cleaned out the Cornish Pasty shop on the way home :)
