Moroccan Chicken

Well for those of you wondering how my blind date went yesterday...i wouldn't go out and buy a hat just yet!! It was a pleasant enough evening but i guess i'm still not quite ready so had to let him down gently. ;-)
Anyway, i got stuck into baking my Christmas cake today and now the house smells of cinnamon and mixed spice, interspersed with garlic, cumin and coriander from this tagine i cooked for my sister who visited tonight. It went down very nicely and i'm now stuffed. Back to work all of the weekend now but have a week off coming up to look forward to. I might get away for a couple of days and do some walking. I feel i need to stretch my legs. :-)
