Walk of witness

The supermarkets now market ‘chocolate eggs’ rather than Easter eggs such is the secularisation of our society. Personally I would prefer to celebrate the plurality of all faiths and each individual’s search for meaning and purpose in life, rather than see our festivals become simply secular holidays and opportunities for retail therapy.
I therefore joined the village walk of witness to remember that today is a special day in the Christian calendar.
