I had finished the clock I was working on by mid morning so I had a cup of tea with C. before walking out to the nature reserve.  I made some butternut squash soup and watched the Steve Smith interview on the television.  I actually felt sorry him as he broke down, realising the enormity of his disgrace and the disappointment he has caused. How the great are fallen!
