After the cold (26th March)

After so much miserable weather and everything way behind the sun shone and the temperature shot up. I was down to a t-shirt although the house is obstinately cold.

This photo is my 26th March entry but for some reason Blipfoto is loading it into the current day, which is really annoying, even though the file is clearly dated 26th March.

Postscript: the extra is a picture from March 30th. I could not override the photo already wrongly ascribed to this day.


This lovely cake, made with olive oil, was made for us by our builders' wife. It was delicious. A neighbour also gave us a bag of Easter biscuits she had made. How lucky we are.

Saturday was a foul day with torrential rain.
