Cranmer Country Cottages

Today was the last day of my photography course which I have really enjoyed. It was a full day today and we went to Cranmer Country Cottages near Fakenham which is owned by one of the ladies on the course. Her husband loves buying and doing up old cars, so we were allowed in the garages to have look around with our cameras in the morning photo shoot. There was so much in there to see and take photos of, including motorbikes and bicycles, old petrol pumps and even an old traffic light. Some of the cars were just skeletons, and some looked complete - in the Extras you can see two MGs in one photo in quite different states of repair. I also love the big old headlights as shown in extras. It's a lovely place with lots of cottages, a swimming pool and a pond and so peaceful. I''ve also included some feathers that were in the pond in Extras from when we had a walk around the site. In the afternoon we worked in a function room, learning about resizing photos and putting them into a grid in Elements. A lovely day and a lovely group.
