Still Grey and Moody

... and fairly blustery but I did jump in this morning. Took a fair bit of willpower. I've found that if I start thinking about it too much then my mind will try and stop me swimming but it's always great once I'm in.
Today it felt like beneath the surface was calm and soothing while above was in turmoil in the aftermath of yesterday's wind. Sea birds and ravens playing in the wind overhead
