Final touch

Been over to see sis today......the weather was lousy, the East Lancs Road was down to one lane. Some bright spark from the Council decided 10am was a good time to clean the gutters and drains! Good job I didn't have an urgent appointment.......didn't get there until 11.15,so  missed the first15 minutes of my Pilates Class :-(  

Later we both had a few things to do before we went for a lovely lunch in Lilys Brasserie. Finally treated sis for her birthday now she is feeling better.  

We went back to hers for a little while, Kobi treated me to a few licks ;-0 but as always time runs away with us and after a quick cuppa I was back on the road. Leaving at 4pm makes a huge difference in terms of traffic, didn't get home until 5.15!

Hub had taken delivery of the canvas I had ordered, to go above the bed in our room. Its a photograph I took from a boat as we sailed into Symi harbour whilst we were on holiday a couple of years ago........really pleased with how it looks. 

Thai chicken curry for dinner this evening, or it will be, once I get my finger out and make it!!
