Civic duty

I began two weeks of jury service today.

My camera was confiscated as I passed through security. I didn't think for one minute that I would be able to take photographs in the court buildings, nor would I want to, but there is the journey to and from - not being able to carry the camera is likely to pose a few problems of the next couple of weeks as the nights draw in.

Hence this poor shot...Autumn seems to arrived almost over night here, it hasn't got properly light all day and there's a damp mistiness to everything.
