Here be Monsters!

Not a monster at all, a beautiful little slow worm which I disturbed whilst cutting grass for the first time this year. Very much a spring like day, I also saw a Brimstone butterfly mooching about but never landing.

Back to reality today after a lovely weekend but my reality was working outside in fantastic weather so I have no reason to complain.

I even started to clip a small Lonicera bush into a cloud like shape after seeing the hedge pictured a few days ago, fortunately my customers are very tolerant of my topiary attempts!
