Fun guys!

A nice couple of plate fungi on an old birch log which I happened upon while walking in the woods. Time was I would have known what type they were too.
I've been enjoying the birdlife too. The tree outside my window is full of Nuthatches, which I have never seen before. Sadly I haven't been able to get a good picture.
There's a woodpecker about too, heard but not seen.
