A real struggle today - there was no extra biking, nor any harder levels. I overdid it yesterday, good and proper. I was/am still very stiff. So I didn’t earn any extra biccies today. (Though there were...)

In fact, not a lot was done. I wore my new shoes around the house while I did a few wee jobs. I'm always loathe to actually commit to keeping new shoes by wearing them outside, as I’ve had so many disasters in the footwear department. As soon as I go out in them, and can’t take them back, they begin to HURT. But my cramping toes, I’ve just realised, haven't been cramping for ages now.

And so I did eventually step outside in them, so they're staying. I had an appointment for a routine X-ray this afternoon. JR and Archie went a big walk up the hill, via the duck pond. Though they did not go IN to the pond area, after his little accident last time (Photo by JR)
