What a difference a day makes!!!

These daffs have survived remarkably well, I think it’s because they are miniature. The snow has almost gone, just bits under the hedge and in sun free spaces.

I did some practice today!! Set my machine up for free motion sewing as per the instruction book. It says to drop the feed dogs, so I did as told!!!

Having an extension table on my machine made it much easier than on Saturday. I’ve posted a picture in extras of my practice piece. The top left section was done on Saturday, whereas the rest in white thread was done today. Better than expected, but we will see how I fare when I start a new bigger material sandwich.

The blue sample in extras was done by the ‘master’, that’s what I aspire to......don’t hold your breath!!!
