Birthday Girl the 27th

As it was Daughter Number 1's actual 27th Birthday today (even though it feels like its been her birthday all week!) Mr W and I took her to the Green Rooms of Godstone for a late breakfast. They sell the most delicious scrambled egg in there and just because we mentioned it was Emily's Birthday, she was provided with a mini cup of Haribo Heart Sweets then a home made, freshly baked, Gooey, chocolate, Brownie Cake with a candle in the middle as a complete surprise from the staff. They even offer to take your picture with your own camera standing on a chair for the Arial shot!

They couldn't have been kinder and it made our time together extra Special.

And in other news, Daughter Number 2 started her new job today training to be a Probation Officer. I feel for her as its never easy starting a whole new career!

Now to just sit back and relax as all the presents are bought, wrapped and opened now despite it being Daughter Number 2's Birthday on Wednesday and Step Daughters on Thursday!!!!
