All Alone

Another overcast day, but dry, so a good day for varnishing. During the morning we (Ann) managed to varnish the front of the chalet. I looked after the dog and held the ladders.

After lunch we did our now usual walk around Shaldon and back to The Ness for coffee and papers.

Later we met Colin at The Smugglers Inn for dinner. They do a nice range of vegetarian food plus some good ales, including the Dartmoor Ale Legend, of which I happily sampled one or two.
