Descent

Tuesday's walk with Cumbernauld & Kilsyth Ramblers started in Cumbernauld Village and led us up through Carrickstone and into Cumbernauld Community Park (pictured). From there we walked to Arria for a brief 'banana break' before making our way back to the Village.

It was positively spring-like - dry and sunny, birds singing - and that was reflected in the turn-out, which was over 30 walkers. Some joined and left at various points as we passed near the parts of Cumbernauld where they lived.
