PELICAN IN A TREE!!
Who knew that pelicans perched in trees? With their webbed feet, I wouldn’t have thought they’d be able to sit on a branch, but it looks like their flexible feet are able to wrap around a limb (even a twig) to grasp it. (These trees are next to a fishing pier and at least 60 ft. tall.) I don’t think ducks are able to curl their feet like this, so this ability must be unique to the pelican world.
