Lamb Chops for Dinner

Our dinner tonight. Our supermarket has excellent lamb chops from Australia, and Marylee tells me they have become less expensive in the last few months. The squash (Delicata) is from close by in Hadley. The salad is prewashed and packaged baby spinach. Everything was delicious.
