Mountain House, Mt. Holyoke

We made a brief outing late this afternoon to the meadows around Northampton, where we unfortunately encountered more almost more hunters than birds (one fired two shots within 50 meters, I think closer than I have ever heard a live shot fired--I would not be a likely recruit for the NRA).

This white building is the former hotel at the summit of Mount Holyoke. From there I took this famous view, and we visited it yesterday as well.
