Looking for young panel members

Great to have the support of young panel members Liam and Natalie - as well as Catherine from the national team - as we presented in Glasgow to scholars of the Robertson Trust from across Scotland on the opportunities and rewards of panel membership. It was the annual gathering of their scholars which was streamed live to 127 others!

4 of this group last year applied and are currently undergoing pre-service training. In the Year of Young People 2018 we hope that more will apply to volunteer in some capacity in the children’s hearings system.

The event itself was an inspiring one with stories of initiative, leadership, volunteering and creative ideas.

Following over 5 hours on the digital support for the system in the office it made for a welcome end to the day.
