Ratko, Then And Now

Ratko is the Chairman of the Croatian Paralympics Organisation. Over the summer, I have done a lot of work with him on the London 2012 Paralympic Games.

Now that the Games are over, we are focussing on legacy issues and trying to focus on what the Games taught us. As an example, we are co-hosting a photography exhibition showing Paralympians over the last few Games. In addition to now chairing the Paralympics Organisation, Ratko also used to compete. And here he is in Athens in 2004.

The quality of my photos is getting really bad - whipping a camera out in the middle of events is really difficult - but the pictures are symbolic of my day so I am trying to live with it........
