Another flower

The temperature was quite a bit cooler this morning and skies were grey, so I bring you a close-up of one of the flowers I took yesterday. I was meeting a friend for lunch, and it had been my intention to get to the gym first, but then my daughter Laura called from Kuwait, which left me a bit short of time. E. and I had a good lunch at Red Robin - I treated myself to a very good burger - a rare treat for me these days - then we went back to her house for a time of sharing and prayer. I had taken my gym stuff with me, and afterwards I was able to find enough will power to go and get my workout before heading home.
