Lion

I worked out this morning for a couple of hours and took a lot of pictures. I saw some greenfinches, the highlight of the day, but the pictures I took were not very good. I walked to my favourite place near here, a plateau with a 360 degree view over the various valleys and hills of my area. The mimosa copse had been unfortunately “burnt” by the snow last week and the flowers had all died. Some leaves don’t look well either and I’m hoping the plants themselves will survive.
On the way back I spotted this ginger cat comfortably sitting and sunbathing on a fallen trunk.
The weather was very good today and quite warm, 16 C. Unluckily, we’re expecting more rain tomorrow and on Sunday.
