Rainbow

It was so wet this morning that I didn’t take my camera with me on the daily dog walk. So, it was no surprise that I spotted this fantastic rainbow.

It was an enormous rainbow disappearing behind the clouds and reappearing at the other end of the village. I watched it for for at least five minutes and felt an overwhelming sense of optimism. Difficult to explain.
