Orkney weather

It had to be a major topic of conversation on the doorsteps today - such a lovely day! And everyone delighted!

Have been noticing a number of newly ploughed fields and today I passed several tractors at work.

Through the day I caught snippets of interesting radio items celebrating the fact that it's International Women's Day - on Radio 4 this morning, Radio Shetland at teatime, and then a programme on Radio 3, on the way home from dancing.
