A very satisfying day...I took everything out of my wardrobe, gave it a good hoover & dust, & put things back in an organised fashion, setting aside a number of things to go to the charity shop - something I have been meaning to do since Christmas. I also did a pile of ironing.

I walked to the post box late afternoon to send my Mother's Day card, in bright sunshine, although the air was chillier than I had expected having rashly gone out without a hat.
