Begging bowl!

These are some of the documents I brought away from the Environment Agency's exhibition concerning flood protection for Cockermouth.  It was an impressive display and a lot of work seems to have gone into it. Unfortunately there is no money for it. Despite what David Cameron said about money being no object any money there was seems to have gone to the south east where of course there are more people to benefit . (Did I use the word votes? No, of course not!)
