RMS Queen Mary the famous liner launched 1936 here at John Browns Clydebank yard was retired 1967 to Long Beach California as a visitor attraction and a celebration of the great days of such liners. Her sister Queen Elizabeth burned and sank in Hong Kong many years ago
Read yesterday that maintenance has been reduced and that widespread rust and water ingress is reported. We hope that action will be taken.
